Bread Stuffing (Serves 4 to 6 people)
2each whole eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups turkey broth (chicken or vegetable broth may be substituted)
1 pack Bellecour Bread Stuffing
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1. Combine Bread Stuffing Mix with eggs and broth. Allow to sit at room temperature for a minimum of 10 minutes to allow bread to absorb the liquid.
2. Use butter to generously to coat the base and sides of the baking dish evenly.
3. Place stuffing mixture in the baking dish and cover with foil.
4. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, then remove foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown, or insert a thermometer into the center of the stuffing registers 160 degrees.
