Bakery Manager Zach Windahl’s goal is to have each guest leave the bakery with a smile and feeling of comfort. He maintains a guest first philosophy and tries to anticipate needs before a guest even realizes them.

Windahl began his career in hospitality working at a coffee shop in Minnetonka. He credits his boss there for creating his work ethic and teaching him to have fun while on the job, even during stressful times. Following the coffee shop, Windahl began working at Interlachen Country Club in Edina, MN. It was there he was publicly recognized for his passion, dedication, and can-do attitude.

Windahl prides himself on remaining calm, positive, and light-hearted in any situation, which makes him a fantastic manager. He credits his mother and her inspiring attitude throughout her four battles with cancer for helping him keep such great demeanor.

Windahl has known Gavin and his family for most of his life and joined Kaysen’s team at Spoon and Stable as a server in October of 2016. When the Bellecour team was forming, Windahl jumped on board as bakery manager.

When he’s not at the restaurant striving to ensure that guest experiences are top-notch, Windahl works on various entrepreneurial endeavors.
